What Will Appear On My Credit Card Statement?When you place an Order through our website and choose to pay with your credit card, the total amount of your order will appear on your credit card statement. You always have access to the total amount of your order when you log into your account. Within your account, you can view your order history and print your orders.

Can I Pay With A Check?Yes, we accept personal checks and business checks. Please note we cannot process orders until funds have cleared.

Our Returns and Refund PolicyWe guarantee your complete satisfaction, however, Food and Candy products and custom printed products cannot be returned. If we've made a mistake with your custom imprint, simply email us within 3 days of receipt of your Order and we will replace your order immediately or offer you a full refund. No refunds are offered more than 3 days after receipt of your Order Shipment. Please note we cannot be responsible for shipping delays and cannot offer refunds for late or untimely deliveries once your Order leaves our shop.
